Directs Legislative Budget and Finance Committee to conduct study on data storage technology advancements and whether data centers will be needed at the size or level of current proposed development. Study to include: demand forecasting; technology trends; economic development; impact on energy and utilities, including land usage and environmental impact; risk of technology becoming obsolete; and what other states are doing. Report to be made public and due in one year.
