Resolution to authorize the introduction of a nonappropriation bill to require a digital asset mining business to provide notification before purchasing or leasing land or a building or beginning construction. (SR 11 / HR 1014, AR)

Requires those seeking to purchase or lease land or buildings or commence construction for the operation of digital asset mining utilization of a blockchain network to file written notification with Public Service Commission and local government at least 6 months in advance. (Preliminary authorization bill for fiscal session.)
