Data Center Water and Energy Transparency Act of 2026 (S.4213, US)

Requires prospective, existing and expanding data centers to submit reports on energy and water use to States or the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency and the Secretaries of Energy and Agriculture. Reports to be made available to local governments. States to submit aggregated data to EPA and Secretaries. Public report to give total usage, regional impacts, environmental impacts and recommendations for reducing these impacts.
