An act amending Title 53 (Municipalities Generally) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for data center ordinance assistance. (HB 2151, PA)

Directs the development of model zoning ordinance options regarding data centers, to be updated annually, that mitigates community impacts, including regarding water, electricity, noise and aesthetics; also to provide requirements for water feasibility study and other documentation. Government, environmental advocacy and community stakeholder input to be solicited. Public notice and comment period required. Center to also provide custom assistance to municipalities regarding data center zoning.
