Join us for a presentation and Q&A with environmental attorney Dusty Horwitt, the attorney whose transparency work helped pass Colorado’s landmark PFAS ban in oil and gas wells, protected the Delaware River Basin from fracking, and has consulted on transparency laws in 16 states.
Dusty will share examples from his work and share the types of support he offers leaders in Halt the Harm Network through the Services Lab.
