Jobs to Move America runs the Community Benefits Agreement Resource Center, giving communities and workers a tool for negotiating binding jobs and benefits commitments whenever public money funds a project. The organization does not accept funding from companies or employers, and it engages a company only case by case, once that company signs a memorandum of understanding and commits to good-faith talks with labor, environmental justice and racial equity groups.
