Includes government-operated data centers in category of “critical infrastructure” for which cybersecurity recommendations are sought with respect to foreign adversaries. Prohibits use of federally-specified equipment in such installations (unless no reasonable alternative exists) and limits granting access to individuals from foreign adversary countries.
