Data center transparency and accountability act (SB 1179, MI)

Requires, before commencing construction, data centers to submit disclosure and impact statements, including: electricity and water usage for each buildout stage, state and local incentives etc., temporary and permanent jobs and wages, utility costs for all parties. Statement to be made public at least 60 days before application decisions are made.
