Responsible Water Use by Data Centers Act (SB 378, OH)

Makes data centers responsible for all infrastructure costs incurred by the water and sewer system on their account. Requires data centers to obtain consumptive use permit from division of water resources in order to withdraw from bodies of water and establishes rules for permitting, including maximum daily volume, public complaints, and permit suspension procedures.
