Summary:
Phases out all data center use of water from the Mahomet Aquifer. Prohibits local authorities from signing NDAs with data centers regarding their water use. Directs Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to publish annual report summarizing data centers water use trends, including legislative recommendations.
