Summary:

Requires utilities to create tariffs for data centers that protect other customers from increased costs due to data centers. Minimum contracts of 10 years; tariffs to include credit requirements. “Applicable governing bodies” to ensure that other customers protected from unjust rates due to data centers. Large load customers liek data centers required to notify Corporation Commission, county, and immediate neighbors when they purchase land outside of industrial parks or municipalities.
